Responsable for large automotive interior programs, with production sites across Europe. Start-up of greenfield site in Romania, and introduction of IP, Doorpanel, and Headliner programs in this facility.

Responsible for sales and program management of large punching and skin-scoring equipment for the automotive industry.

Responsible for the start-up of a new supplier facility on site at BMW Leipzig, and manage day to day operations.

Responsible for various overhead systems, including overhead consoles, grabhandles, lighting, etc, for BMW and Landrover, with production sites in Italy and the USA. Extensive stays in the United States, to ensure local production would meet customer expectations and European standards would be used locally.

Leading teams of CAD (CATIA) engineers, ensuring customer projects would be delivered on time and at cost target. Developing concepts for instrument panels, door panels, center consoles, and seats.

Responsible for the development of new rear seats for the Mitsubishi Carisma, and implement carry-over front seats from previous model year into the new model. Responsible for legal compliance of seats & restraint systems, including certification for roadworthiness.
