Coordinate Hardware and Software operations in Swapping Old RBS (RBS2000) with New 3G and 4G Ericsson Baseband RAN (5216-5212). Replace old low-capacity MW (23GHZ,28GHZ,38GHZ ….) with the new Ericsson E-Band (80GHZ). Define new carrier aggregation, Quality call /speed testing for LTE, VoLTE. Commission and integrate 1st,2nd,3rd,4th carrier addition. Performed DUL to DUS swap to support the increase of function of the systems and replaced existing equipment and user AIR antennas, RUS and RRUS.

Accomplish adding 3G and 4G with Baseband RAN and TDD LTE (NOKIA) (Supervising the Installation Team and Configure the Software following till the Integration), Link upgrade, Swap Old Transmission (Link) Equipment to New Generation Transmission Equipment E-Bands, Link and RBS troubleshooting. Successfully Implement Hardware and Software Upgrading operations in Swapping Old AMM (Ericsson) with New and MMU with New Generation intra sites for Increasing Internet Bandwidth for 3G and 4G infrastructure.
