Oversaw relations and communications with key clients - OEMs and RRSPs for optimum service and satisfaction and long-term collaboration for innovation. Orchestrated quotes, bids, and long-term contract negotiation to foster growth. Led projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts. Represented company at industry events and trade shows.
