I visit the practices in the East of the Netherlands and ensure that the practices are optimally supported. Looking for opportunities for improvement and managing the teams accordingly. Together with the dentist director and practice managers I discuss matters in the field of budget, planning and occupation. When a new practice is added in this region I ensure that they become part of our company.
