In 2010 and 2011 we have made record results due to implementing lean manufacturing techniques, in sourcing and several cost reductions.

Final responsible for the total production, planning and logistics of Panheel and Slovakia, where approximately 100 people were working. I’ve made the planning and done the co-ordination of moving 3 production departments. I’ve made a education plan for several department heads and carried them out.

Department Manager at a MGG Sand-casting company Responsible for the Finishing Department where approximately 185 people were working. In the first month I’ve made a problem analyses and a business plan for the coming 2 years. By the successful implementation of improvement techniques like: Black and Green Belt events, Ishikawa diagram, 5S methodic, Visual Management, I have won the award by NPPC of “Planner of the year 2007”.

Senior Project Manager Guiding and initiating of the New Compact Car into production. Section Manager Responsible for the last Production section in the F.A.S (170 workers) which also included the Field Management for whole NedCar. Worked continues on process improvements with methods like: the Ishikawa diagram (6M), Value Stream Mapping, Circle of Deming, Kaizen and 5 S method.
