Involved in the development and testing process of an automatic pre-approved credit card solution for small companies – a massively successful platform in Romania, which increased the bank’s loan portfolio by 20% and furthermore, the bank’s profits.

Completed a thorough, in-depth analysis of new credit requests, credit change requests and annual relationship reviews. Analyzed annual reports, financial position, profit and loss and cash flows statements. Calculated and analyzed financial ratios such as liquidity, profitability and debt, to determine the degree of risk involved. Performed behavior checks for companies, including debt payment delays, payments incidents, insolvency, state debts and garnishments.

Established the interface with retail customers by providing detailed information and comprehensive advice on retail banking products and services. Enrolled new clients and set up new deposit accounts (current and savings accounts, short and long-term deposits). Administered the clients’ bank accounts by processing payments, money transfers and foreign exchange transactions.
