I worked as a manual QA tester on the FX trading platform for the biggest Russian bank. In this project I was a member of an Agile team (~30 members) which was a part of a larger banking department (~500 members). I participated in the development process from the stage of prototyping to launch and continued analyzing feedback in production.

In this project I was a member of an Agile team (~30 members) which was a part of a larger banking department (~500 members). I participated in the development process from the stage of prototyping to launch and continued analyzing feedback in production.

Worked as a Manual QA in an Agile team on various internal projects. I took an active part in creating testing processes, trained employees, and interviewed candidates. Later I was assigned as a leader of a small QA team on a multi-component analytical web platform. I was responsible for developing of testing procedures by defining quality metrics and test strategies. To ensure productivity I set milestones and criteria to track timely progress.

Worked as a technical support engineer for Microsoft desktop products. I was responsible for diagnosing and solving technical problems, analyzing system logs, reproducing and monitoring issues.
