- Recruiting and supporting open requisitions by reviewing resumes/applications, screening candidates, processing offers and other recruiting activities as needed in Workday - Managing expectations of hiring managers and candidates including identifying and resolving issues - Coaching managers in providing feedback to candidates, developing offers, determining competencies, coordinating and training interview team - Utilizing, updating and maintaining applicant tracking systems in Workday, if necessary

- creating search strategy - identifying target candidates (database handling, Linkedin, etc.) - screening candidates through phone conversations - organizing and taking part in interviews, client meetings - candidate and stakeholder management - End to end recruitment for a global medical device company - working on local and international projects mainly in the Life Science industry - working on multicountry leadership roles with main focus on CE
