Project: Implementation of Online Travel Booking and Expense Tool in SAP Cloud - managed team of three during the test phase - created presentations and conducted user trainings for approximately 200 employees - responsible for invoicing in SAP (monthly revenue target of $5.5 million), reimbursement of travel expenses, payment runs, reposting of expenses, monthly reporting, cost estimation and financial planning

Project: Design and Implementation of project and invoicing tool - developed concepts and gathered requirements to improve the invoicing processes and project data entry into SAP SD/PS - functional testing of input masks and validation of data in SAP FI-AR and FI reports - responsible for training workshops worldwide and design of end user training material

Project: SAP roll-out in the USA (SD/PS/FICO) - gathering of requirements for country specific customizing - testing, evaluation of results, feedback on the functionality of SAP - monitored workflows and suggested improvements in the functionality of invoicing system

Project: SAP implementation in Germany (SD/PS/FICO) - testing and documentation of payment runs, account clearing, billing, IC invoicing, projects entry - created user manuals in German and English - provided user support for all 23 offices worldwide after the implementation

- prepared project reporting for selected customers - provided quality assurance of the final products
