* Supporting recruitment projects for Poland and UK * Understanding the job requirements and providing a pool of candidates within the specified deadline * Responsible for sourcing candidates as per the requirements through various sources such as Taleo, jobs portals, social media, etc * Short listing potential candidates as per criteria and conducting telephonic interviews * Managing communication with applicants involved in the recruiment process

* Supporting various Clients from IT and finance areas in recruitment projects: Hewlett Packard, Citibank, Credit Suisse, Barclays UK Retail Bank * Responsible for quality check of the job descriptions and posting on internal and external websites * Dispatching open vacancies to recruiters team * Cooperation with job portals and recruitment agencies * Involved in administrative support as well end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, language checks, interview scheduling & coordination
