digitalSTROM develops a novel home automation system. • Project Management: led two hardware projects (ARM/DSP real-time platforms). • Intellectual Property (IP): managed IP portfolio (23 patents,12 trademarks). Created an IP strategy, introduced an IP process, and managed 3 new patent applications. • Program Management: wrote in-depth market and competitor analysis of home automation market. Developed a product roadmap and system requirements, incl. pricing and cost models.
