Global responsibility for the Mechatronics & Metal commodity groups. Annual purchasing spend of approximately €120 million. Leadership of a team of 10 procurement professionals. Responsible for commodity strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier development and commercial negotiations. Supporting the integration of the former Helbako business and acting as procurement subject matter expert across all former Helbako commodity groups.

Executive responsibility for Purchasing, Supplier Management and Quality. Annual purchasing spend of approximately €50 million. Leadership of an international team of 21 employees in Germany and Romania. Development and execution of procurement strategies, supplier development and quality management. Reporting directly to the CEO/Owner. Promoted several times into increasing leadership responsibilities.

Led the Automotive Quality organization across multiple manufacturing sites in Germany. Responsible for Supplier Development, Customer Quality and Quality Management Systems. Drove supplier performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Member of the PPG Six Sigma Team. Completed the PPG Leadership Development Program and advanced internal management training. Reported to the European Headquarters in Rolle, Switzerland.

Primary customer interface for Ford, Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover, McLaren and Volkswagen. Represented the company worldwide at customer locations, leading quality reviews, escalations and launch support. Managed APQP, PPAP and customer quality activities for international OEM programs. Deputy Plant Quality Manager within a 35-person quality organization. Led the implementation of the CAQ system.

Completed Brose's Graduate Development Program in Quality Planning and Product Development. Successfully completed both Bachelor's and Master's thesis within the Brose Group. Supported international product launches in Germany and the USA. Responsible for prototype quality, PPAP activities and statistical quality analysis. Developed engineering automation tools using VBA and VB.NET.
