Led International Master Data tasks for Mondelez Coffee category spin-off and flawless integration into global Jacobs Douwe Egberts systems. Coordinated Master Data setup activities and defined processes to establish a completely new European private company (Carambar&Co), to produce and sell selected former Mondelez products. Successfully coordinated the Master Data change management activities to deploy the Principle Operating Company model across whole Mondelez Europe.

Support all key Internal Control data validations (2008-2010) and lead European Finance Cutover activities (2010-2013) for the Implementation of EU Principal Company Structure within Kraft Foods Europe (4 waves). Lead European Finance cutover activities for the acquisition and merging of Cadbury and Lu Biscuits within Kraft Foods Europe Business Model.

Member of Kraft Foods Europe core team defining the CRM blueprint strategy for the following 5 years (1 year assignment in London, UK). Lead specific CRM modules implementations in France, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Philippines and Brasil. Leading implementation of Sales Planning system in Kraft Foods Italia.

Lead the redesign of the Kraft Foods Italia Intranet site and support the company Internet related projects, including websites for Marketing, Consumer Insight and Corporate Affairs area.

Support Italian manufacturing companies in deploying an advanced ERP solution, focusing on Production Planning and Manufacturing execution areas.

Finance controlling principles applied to advanced mechanical technologies. Graduation dissertion about "presentation layer" for a new World Wide Web search engine, as part of a team project split between 3 different Italian Universities.
