Lead and develop multiple teams of global product managers overseeing the full commercial and scientific success of Miltenyi’s imaging and spatial biology platforms (MACSima, UltraMicroscope Blaze, and upcoming technologies). Own portfolio strategy, roadmap prioritization, positioning, pricing, and business impact KPIs. Drive cross-functional alignment with R&D, sales, operations, and executive leadership to ensure coherent product strategy and scalable global.

Leading a group of global product managers responsible for the scientific and commercial success of our imaging portfolio. My work consists in the generation of strategic and marketing activities to drive the technical development of the portfolio with our R&D and to ensure proper support to sales defining e.g. product positioning/USP/target customers/competition analysis. I act as marketing campaign owner responsible and accountable for the planning and the implementation of the HQ marketing campaign.

Steering the market release of an innovative high-plex spatial biology platform (responsible for hardware, software and disposables). I conduct customer-based VoC analysis (interviews, surveys, literature studies) to highlight costumers’ need and key applications. I stratify experimental workflows highlighting requirements, which are translated to design inputs to R&D. I define the product positioning based on technical gap analyses and pricing of competition.

Validation of targets for the assessment of mitochondrial fitness by in-situ proximity ligation assay (PLA) in post mortem tissues and biopsies by STED super resolution microscopy. (Group of Prof. Pierluigi Nicotera, Chair and scientific director of DZNE).

Maintained and characterized iPSCs derived from patients with ARVD; developed disease-relevant differentiation assays (Group leader: Dr. Alessandra Rossini).

Developed advanced live-cell imaging assays (FRAP, FRET, photoconversion) to study mitochondrial dynamics in aging and degeneration (Group leader: Dr. Daniele Bano).
