In my role as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Schaeffler, I provided technical leadership for a ZCU Platform project, overseeing the development of technical plans for System and SW releases. I collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on project milestones and targets, ensuring successful project delivery and budget management.

TPM for ZCU and LV-PDU projects withn platform scope. Technical leadership on build-up of a system (HW+SW) boards to proof functionalities of ZCU and LV-PDU boards.

Responsible for acquisition and deployment of HPC and ZCU projects on System Engineering area for ww projects, in Regensburg.

Establish Solution Train in SaFe approach for High Performance Computer (HPC) for German OEM project, on System Engineering area. Including System Requirements, Architecture (Safety and Security) and System Testing. Techical lead and management of 3 teams (cross Domain and multi location), based on SYS.2-5 activities. Responsible for Budget alignment for Solution Architecture and Engineering team. Assurance of cooperation with different ART for the development. Responding to TPLs and Line Management.

Fachliche Führung von 18 internen sowie externen Requirement Engineers und deren Ressourcenbalancing. Anforderungsmanagement und LH-analyse. Koordination des SE Teams sowie der Entwicklung der Systemarchitektur eines BCM. Steuerung des Entwicklungsprozess sowie der Meilensteine des SE Teams. Status Tracking und Reporting der Systemaktivitäten an den Kunden, PM und TPL. Verantwortung für ENG2/ENG3 -Erfolgreiche Reduktion der Reviewzeit um 30 % durch die Synchronisation der SE zwischen 3 BCM-Projekten.

- Verification and validation coordination for a Diesel Engine System, regarding Software and Component side. - Responsible to make the implementation of a complete Test Concept regarding this project, including milestones and requirements needed for all topics. - Coordination of verification/validation tests and assurance of development of those tasks.

- lead of all the requirement engineering, tests and follow-up of SWD for duties abroad the spec change for a EGR / Port Flap component into an Otto engine application for Korean customer. - Application/calibration for Combustion Mode Manag/Intake System for 4 /6 cyl Otto engine. - Software calibration, measurements analysis, according to Client and Continetal headlines.

Exchange Program in Friedrichshafen: Calibration, fine-tuning and improvements on software for Automated Transmission used on heavy trucks. Application’s responsible for client MAN Latin America.
