• Maintaining their applications and give technical support •Co-ordination with internal customers of GrameenPhone and respond to the need of internal and external entities for data support • Solving any issue regarding databases(Oracle,MySql,SQL Server Management Studio) • Providing customer requested data through Oracle sql and pl/sql • Hosting web application • Maintaining servers to run all these application • Preparing server for all live applications and testing applications

Worked under technical support department. Gained knowledge on development of POS machine, EMV Chip Card. I have seen and used to work with basic coding of POS machine as my project work. I have also worked for the MIS reports of these products.

Major is Service Technology Engineering. Courses so far: IT Service Management, Advanced Information Management, Human-Computer Interaction, Embedded System Engineering, Discrete Optimization, Business Process Management, Service Management, Cloud Management and Evaluation.
