-Led Finished Product Supply Planning team (Short/ Long Term Supply Plans including Capacity Planning) -Own Finished product inventory system (+$10MM) and optimization models to eliminate inventory losses -Delivered 99.5% service level

-Led e2e supply chain planning for Ariel detergent including raw, pack and finished product planning & procurement of spend pool with a team of planners. -Establishment & negotiation of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with local and international vendors on key supply chain parameters like minimum order quantities, material lead times, etc.

-Responsible for overall supply chain planning department i.e Production planning, Material Requirement Planning, Capacity Planning and Initiative management -Designed the supply chain from the scratch for a greenfield site -Successfully implemented SAP ERP MM & PP module and train end users and delivered 100% vertical startup
