• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to configure, customize, and integrate ERP software modules and functionalities. • Oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of FESCO's ERP systems, including user management, security configuration, system upgrades, and patch management.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of FESCO's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN and other networking components. • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the network to meet the organization's requirements and standards. • Implement robust security measures to protect FESCO's network infrastructure from cyber threats, intrusions, and vulnerabilities. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to network security and data privacy.

·Close technical coordination and monitoring of implementation and audit consultant in SAP ERP implementation in respect of TOR, UAT & Timeline. ·Dealing with EOI’s, Tender Documentation,Technical Evaluation/ Analysis / Comparison of bidders, defining TORs, SOW and putting recommendations regarding various projects including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) , FESCO Network, Automated Meter Infrastructure, GIS and Cloud Services like office365. ·Programming tasks related to billing system.

Worked on different Web based and Desktop Application Projects. Including Marks Private Limited, Crescent Bread, Javed Gloves, Online Customer Support For VisionDotCom, Patient Record Application and etc, Using Flash Mx, Adobe Photoshop-7,Image Styler, DreamWeaver Mx, Ms FrontPage, Visual Studio 2000 and Visual Studio.net Tools, and ASP, ASP.net technologies.
