• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring HR projects. • Coordinate cross-functional teams globally, fostering effective communication with AM executives. • Assist in processing documentation, optimization, and management of project timelines. • Support in administrative tasks in collaboration with the local HR department. • Research on HR trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

•Plan and execute project tasks for bus vehicle build. • Using SAP to manage material input requests, purchase requests, and stock acknowledgment. • Identify and resolve project issues and risks using Catia V6 • Develop project timelines, status reports, and other project management deliverables. • Supervising product development, proto-build, and production of buses.
