• Conducting MSc thesis research on heat transfer and mixed convection behavior using OpenFOAM, with application relevance to heat sink design and electronics cooling. • Investigating shear–buoyancy interaction, thermal boundary layers, wall heat transfer, Nusselt-number trends and flow-regime behavior. • Building a validated CFD workflow through case setup, mesh refinement, convergence monitoring and post-processing of thermal-performance indicators

• Converted engineering drawings and GD&T requirements into machining routes, fixtures, tooling plans, inspection gates, CMM checks, FAI packs and Cp/Cpk verification. • Reverse engineered obsolete mechanical components using 3D scanning, CAD reconstruction, manufacturing drawings, casting routes, machining release and final inspection. • Supported release through CMM/scan correlation, FAIR documentation, dimensional reports, customer review packs and controlled acceptance records
