Broker Channel Manager Germany Leading a team of 4 people. Responsible for all direct multipliers of iwoca Germany: financial, insurance & online brokers, consultants and tax accountants. Managing the operational value chain for the broker channel as well as all relationship and marketing related projects in order to increase and engage with the network.

· Managed a team of 4 interns and part-timers as the first full time Onboarder of the German business · Designed and implemented new contact strategies and processes to improve conversion of customer funnel · Introduced guidelines for the German business to improve performance and assure quality throughout the Onboarding team

• Supporting and preparation of costs reports, budget monitoring and key financial indicators • Forecasting monthly sales and profit for the entire region of Latin-America • Budget Planning at country, regional and brand level for short- and long-term purposes • Consolidation of country figures (real and forecast) for the entire region Latin-America • Monthly cost center controlling and detailed analyses about development regarding previous year, budget and actual year

Tutor in German & English - as well as all classes given in these languages - at the German School in Valencia. The work consists of individual classes which are given to children between 12 and 18 years.
