In this project, with the position of Shift Supervisor, from the beginning of start-up and finally normall operation,I led and managed the following activities: 1. Encourage and oblige all members of the shift to observe safety. 2. Presence as well as monitoring the complete startup of the units and establishing hot and cold circulations After commissioning and servicing all rotating and fixed equipment And finally establish the main routes of sour and sweet gas at the commissioning and the start-up stage.

All activities in Commissioning and Start up of the Utility and Process units. For example: Supervise the complete and correct implementation of pre-comm activities such as hydrotest , leak tests ,free run , MRT and OTP of pumps ,compressors , function tests of rotary and fixed equipment and ... and Final approval of pre-comm packages of contracting companies at the precommissioning stage.
