• Monitor & Evaluate the ADP Monitoring Progress DASHBOARD regularly and recommend for further improvement of monitoring mechanism. • Monitor and Evaluate the MIS system of M&E and recommend for further improvement of monitoring mechanism. • Develop evaluation and impact indicator wing for the M&E success. • Assist Director General (M&E) in designing, coordinating and conducting project evaluations (quarter, mid-term and end-line);

The (post-construction kick-off) duties include site supervision of under construction Residential Buildings, Non-Process Area and Processing Area of Gas Processing Facility including Gas and Condensate handling & storage equipment foundations at Mehar Block for Quality Control, Contract Management, Schedule Management, Safety Management (including raising JSA and PTW as per OMV format), Document Management, and overall Construction Management of GPF (including Condensate storage and transfer facilities).

The (pre-construction kick-off) duties included preparation of FEED, review of Gas Processing Facility drawings produced by EPCC contractor SPEC Energy USA, Main Access Road drawings produced by consultant and Well Sites Development drawings, evaluation of bids of contractors, handling of all civil engineering and construction matters pertaining to the Mehar Gas Development Project and its contract management as a client.

As Construction Manager supervised the Building Construction Projects in Dadu and Hyderabad Cantonment and Civil Works including maintenance of Buildings and Airstrip in LASMO and British Petroleum Gas fields in Bhit and Zamzama Gas Fields, Well Site Development of Sofia-I Gas Exploration Well for PCPL and other contractors.

Site & office supervision of building & road construction included full maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Installations in Hyderabad Garrison.
