Present Reception and front-desk operations in an active hotel, alongside logging technical and maintenance issues and forwarding them to facility management and external service providers. Initially a part-time student job alongside completing my Master's degree; full-time since April 2025.

Led site execution as sole execution supervisor of 6–8 concurrent subcontractors across structural, fit-out and MEP/HVAC trades; delivered on schedule and commissioned. Resolved recurring design-vs-site conflicts through change requests aligned with the structural design to prevent rework. Ran cost and inspection controls — interim payment certificates from verified progress, external inspections (elevator, fire, medical equipment) and final MEP commissioning, all passed.

As part of the project leadership team, coordinated 8–10 parallel contractors converting a former army barracks (~2 ha) into a park & cultural complex (4 halls into a museum; 5 into civic, cultural and advisory offices), blending traditional and modern architecture; delivered the central, high-visibility scope on the fixed opening date. Protected the schedule under tight constraints through night shifts and added crews. Resolved traditional-vs-modern detailing conflicts on site with early designer sign-off.

Grew mid-project into site supervisor and sole resident engineer, running the full lifecycle from excavation to handover of a 10-storey structure. Supervised reinforced concrete across all phases and all building trades, planning trade sequencing and look-ahead and relocating 5–6 subcontractors around clashes to avoid stoppages. Managed cost and commissioning to handover — interim payment certificates and subcontractor scope from verified progress; final commissioning of power, water, gas and ventilation.
