My main responsibilities are to: -Support LPS deployment by establishing OPEX strategies, priorities and leading focused E2E improvement & optimization projects -Drive target setting&strategy deployment process in alignment with the company priorities -Support transformation efforts by facilitating workshops for increasin organizational capability to deploy self organized teams focusing on the right problems to meet PT's vision -Facilitate Kaizen Events & VSM to increase productivity&coach problem solving

My main responsibilities were to lead 3 Turkish sites in terms of: -Projects Prioritization and Assignment to People -SME for LSS process improvement activities to develop and sustain the productivity projects at production&labor -Strategy development and support in developing target delivery KPIs -Perform trainings on LSS tools to build organizational capability -Manage GB/BB Training&certification -Drive standardization& lead Total Product Cost Reduction Projects across the sites in multiple initiatives

My main responsibilities were to: -lead project teams&drive improved operations -develop strategy with management team -lead&coach OpEx projects contributing to overall Site Goals and total product cost -facilitate meetings providing status updates to management team on performance against delivery targets -implement OpEx culture across site by utilizing LSS&change management methodologies -perform Gemba and lead team-based workshops -lead of S&OP cycles and sustainability plan of MRP methodology

My main responsibilities were: -to lead validation experts -to develop,implement and manage validation strategies and activities -to lead risk assessments on the procedures to be validated -to manage validation budget -to lead/support new transfer in projects -to lead product life-cycle (new equipment, DS&material changes,etc)projects -to lead and coach process improvement projects -to perform statistical analysis, FMEA analysis, RCI etc in order to improve or ensure robust implementation of the changes

My main responsibilities were: -to implement new tehcnology know-how at the site (packaging&manufacturing) -to identify and lead productivity improvement projects and ensure robust product manfuaturing processes -to lead validation activities -to lead product life-cycle projects (new transfers, DS changes, material changes, line transfers) -to support MES implementation at the site -to consult for troubleshooting, rRCI -to maintain process capability and product performance by statisitical data analysis

I was responsible to develop or improve packaging materials by taking into consideration being cost competitive. I reduced about 10% the total product cost for the key portfolio as well as increase the line efficiencies by improving converting processes through lean six sigma projects. Beside that I was also responsible to serve as field technical service engineer to support both local and foreign customers, where the materials are ensured to run smoothly at the customer lines.

Working as a Teaching Assistant in the Chemical Engineering Department for the course of Process Design and Economics course and as a Research Assistant in the Reaction Engineering Laboratory at Bogazici University to develop reaction kinetics of hydrogen manufacturing processes
