Project 1 : Quay deepening works and construction of a Dolphin for mooring ships in the Ferry terminal of Nador Harbor - Budget : 8,8 million $. Project 2 : Redevelopment works of the passagers’ station located in Nador Harbor - Budget : 14 million $. - Monitoring the financial advancement of the projects and ensuring the conformity of their executed works to the contractual quality requirements. - Controlling, reviewing and validating the essential technical documents of the projects.

- Optimized the design configuration of the support structure integrated into the Tunnel project executed in 'Sadri' District in Casablanca, By adopting the AFTES Recommendations for selecting the suitable support system, and by conducting stability analysis using PLAXIS software. - Designed and Implemented Desktop application that defines the optimal support structure for Tunnels, using Visual Basic and MySQL, optimizing the accuracy and the time‐frame of Tunnel structures design process.

Projects : - Developed a convolutional Neural Network Model, with 0.931 accuracy, Intended to reduce the occurance of accidents in working sites, by recognizing irregular movements and positions of the Construction engines. - Created a Complete Parametric Model of a Rubble Mound Breakwater using Dynamo BIM Software, in order to rapidly explore multiple design alternatives with respect to predefined visual and high‐performance criteria.
