Over 16 years Hospitality experience, the last 10 years specifically dedicated to the discipline of Revenue and Distribution. My experience includes 4 star and 5 star hotels, throughout major markets in Italy, including Lake Garda, Florence, Rome and South Tyrol as well as in London and Marrakech. We maximise revenue of Rooms, Restaurants and SPA.

I introduced a new selling strategy with the dynamic rates, including the implementation of the PMS and of the new booking engine. I worked closely to the Sales and Marketing to make sure that the new strategy was correctly applied to the right market segmentation. I also improved the relationship with regular guests and made sure that all the IDSs and OTAs where always updated with the current strategy and mantained a rate parity with all of them.
