Intern of the Presidential board of directors in a multidisciplinary team of students with different engineering backgrounds working on projects in the companies of the Vallourec group in Brazil and abroad - Steelmaking processes modeling: I have developed a pelletizing plant process soft sensor model, - International Project: 2 weeks in France analyzing maintenance conditions, documentation of several used saw machines, in order to bring them to Brazilian plants

The Vallourec Plant in Jeceaba (Brazil) had placed an order for the full modification of the continuous caster to the Company SMS Concast in Zurich. The order was fabricated in different locations in Europe. - Expediting (Quality Inspections and Schedule / Manufacture tracking) of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment from order placement to shipment in the different suppliers;

Intern in the tooling department of stamping prototypes - Designing of metal stamping prototypes, using 3D design software; - Planning and leading stamping tests in press machines; - Following schedule and deadlines, according to client and production; - Regular meetings to discuss results and adjustments based on client’s will; - Activity reports (in German).
