Provided mechanical, electrical experience to the new mining plant and the new wastewater treatment plant (WWTP, maximum treatment capacity of 3.6 m3/s). • Provided commissioning by integrating ABB VFDs, MCCs and other third party subsystems from Fieldbus, Profibus to Ethernet/IP, reaching schedule planned 3 years ago.

SE MP Crusher-Technology Development Project. • Prepared and managed deliverables list. Created control system architecture and block diagrams with DeviceNet and Foundation Fieldbus network. Updated P&IDs, wiring diagrams, mechanical logic and functional specs. • Installed RSNetWorx for DeviceNet communication software and Enervista 369 Setup software for Motor Relay Multilin 369. Completed DeviceNet communication tests comprised of Temposonic DeviceNet position sensor, Allen Bradley 842D Encoder.

Ensured compliance with Cameco standards of instrumentation and control for the conceptual, feasibility, detail engineering of green/brown projects for Uranium U3O8 mining plants. Liaised with WorleyParsons and Tetratech in creating/reviewing deliverables: project charter, design criteria, datasheets, control philosophy, engineering work packages. Participated in HAZOP, risk analysis and detail design for 175K TPD Sulfuric Acid Plant. Coordinated installation of E/I for the Underground Cigar Lake Mine.

• Iron Mineral Flotation Column Project in Russia : Managed, developed and commissioned the detail engineering. Prepared deliverables/documents such as datasheets, RFQ, designed loop/wiring diagrams, I/O lists, BOM, control philosophy, functional specs, control panels , control valves sizing, specs for PLCs. Commissioned of Controllogix AB PLC and Siemens VFDs. • Commissioned Mini-Pilot Flotation Mineral Plants by FAT procedures in control panels, Modicon / Direct PLCs communications to Wonderware HMI.

Provided hands-on support in routine, preventive, turnaround and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting of instrumentation, PID loops, automated samplers. Updated Allen Bradley, Modicon PLCs, and Foxboro DCS programs. Revamped Outokumpu–Courier 30 Particles Analyzer. Calibrated Ramsey weight meters, OHMART nuclear density meters.

60 KTPD Expansion Copper Concentrator Plant, Toquepala Mine Project.- • Coordinated the detail engineering design and construction phase in a fast pace environment with operation and maintenance personnel, equipment providers, local and oversea contractors and Bechtel engineers the tasks in the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control disciplines. Designed and commissioned of the upgrade of existing to Symphony Harmony ABB DCS System following LOTO procedures.
