1) Lead the procurement area, enhancing savings up to 30% in materials through commercial agreements, new business developments and managing suppliers. 2) Identify with the team, project requirements to improve procurement / logistic / inventory strategy across projects. Standard audit to ensure all project process. 3) Implementation of a new invoice control system, to control expenditure against cash flow and original budget of every project, improving the financial review.

1)From definition phase to pre-ops of a mechanical project. Mainly responsible for the engineering and construction schedule, but strong support in the procurement/contract schedule and costs. 2)Development of baseline and progress control. Regular meetings with construction leaders, to review the current status and establish mitigation actions. 3)Ownership of deviation from baseline, KPI performance and S-curves analyses. Monthly progress report. Review contractors forecast, to challenge any deviation.

1) Prepare the annual operational budget and project CAPEX. Cross review with other departments to align it with the company 5 year plan. 2) Financial deviation, KPI analyses and monthly report development to all areas, management and board of directors. Improve the board of director’s presentation. 3) Supports new project evaluation, analyze NPV/IRR.
