Ban Wiang Doem School in northern Thailand is located in a remote and particularly poor area, where children usually help their parents at work rather than focusing on education. Having the privilege to grow up in a developed country with much help to achieve a good education, I thought that the least I can contribute is to voluntarily teach the basics of the English language to these children. I have thought in kindergarten, elementary- and high school.
