Joined as the first product manager at CG, a blockchain-based esports platform, focusing on Quest (XPEDITIONS) feature for play2earn strategy. Defined roadmap and resource allocation, boosting daily active users 10x during beta. Oversaw $0 to $18.5M growth in 2 years. Led integrations of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, Ads, and more. Worked on Feature-Driven Development and product workflow to enhance team productivity and resource management.

Led product strategy, roadmap, and UI/UX for fizy (Turkey’s popular music streaming app) and previously TV+ (multi-screen entertainment platform). Defined MVP, managed software and network planning, and collaborated cross-functionally to drive user satisfaction, growth, and revenue.
