Project Manager by Ford Motor Company – Responsible of new B-Cars und Commercial Vehicles development: - Support at the stage of defining a new program. Looking for technical and / or commercial alternatives to achieve a healthy financial equation and hence to begin the work of product development; - Support throughout all technical phases of the program such as: P & T release, drawing clearance control, bid packages, vehicle inspection plan, prototype assembly and assembly line customization.

- Project Management responsible of requirements gathering, activities sharing, due date analysis and effort estimate for tasks; - Survey and process design meetings with the client focusing on solutions development; - Direct contact with the client for monitoring the project´s progress, providing trainings to users and tutorials creation; - Siebel (Oracle) configuration and eCRM-Tool.

- Analysis and implementation of continuous improvement projects to reduce time operations of the assembly line; - Validation of new parts and tooling on the assembly line with suppliers monitoring; - Solutions gathering for technical problems that generate line stop; - Part in ISO 9000 e ISO 14000 certifications.

- Knowledge of the project management framework according to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide - Prepare documents and project plan including the project charter, the budget and the risk management plan - Software and tools to control projects

- Internal combustion engines,gas turbines,electric generators and other power generating machines - Machinery and robots used in manufacturing and industrial production - Design of mechanical equipment and automotive vehicle project
