• Provided guidance to the staff at the office so that they can use the available technology to automate tasks to maximize their performance. • Assisted in the Spanish-German and German-Spanish translations of the weekly reports as well as other required important documents for the organization complying with the due dates.

• Visited private language schools for presenting Guatemalan and Latin-American culture in English, helping students to practice English language while becoming aware of other cultures. • Made workshops for the language teachers about implementing technology to make a lesson more interesting and interactive. • Coached more than 40 young interns (aiesec volunteers) from different countries to help them to better interact with a new culture in a foreign language.

• Founded the AIESEC local committee together with other young entrepreneur volunteers to bring opportunities to university students in our city Quetzaltenango. • Promoted the AIESEC student organization in several local universities, as result 8 interns went abroad for the global volunteer program.
