• •Responsible for leading supply chain activities such as production planning, procurement, logistic and warehousing integrating all activities within tight schedules executed with operational excellence. • • Responsible for inventory management in a portfolio composed by 320 SKU’s and 5.200 items used for production and packaging (local and imported), establishing inventory rules and demand monitoring for each item in order to meet the targets for service level and financial established by the company.

• Lead workforce of 130 associates in Production, Maintenance, Purchasing, Finance and Logistic with an annual budget of US$12MIO; • As project owner of Lean Manufacturing implementation in a short period of time (18 months) a significant operational cost reduction and a better reliability in the production systems were obtained o Reduction of one working shift but raising productivity in 64% (from 190 units/ day in 3 shifts to 312 units/ day in 2shifts); o Warehouse utilization improved in 30% through

• Coordination of the engineering department activities including facilities operation and support for productive operation in the three shifts • Implementation of the Master Plan for Maintenance that included developing policies, controls and procedures that supported GMP certification by Anvisa • Project Leader for implementation of maintenance module in SAP (corrective, preventive, predictive, calibration, service orders, KPI's, etc.) • Budget management for industrial investments defining priorities
