Improve operations by upgrading infrastructure and refining process conditions to ensure safety and sustain technical and financial viability. Provide specialized guidance for decision-making in the production of fertilizers and ammonia derivatives, conducting equipment assessments, resolving manufacturing challenges, and ensuring adherence to global standards. Create custom fertilizer solutions through innovative research and material formulation.

Responsibilities: Optimization of production processes, evaluations of existing equipment and production systems, problem solving in manufacturing processes, and development of new fertilizers for Colombian markets.
