Site Coordinator for J&J Medical and Consumer in Italy. - Coordinating cross-department activities within the R2P end to end process, improving synergies to achieve efficient and timely solutions. - Key contact point between local business affiliates and global SSC, both for the resolution of operational exceptions and in key projects affecting R2P operations in Italy. - Monitoring and managment of P2P open items. - Planning and executing local R2P improvement initiatives.

Executing Sourcing to Contract activities for the DACH region: - issuing RFx in synergy with country category managers. - completing negotiations within the Capex category portfolio (TechOps). - performing contract management tasks. Actively supporting the process of transition of activities from country to regional service centre.

In absence of my boss, supervising a team of 7 employees to ensure that the service level agreements with the client are met and being the primary point of contact for the client for special requests and escalations.

Verifying and preparing purchase orders, managing catalogues and executing sourcing activities for the British, Italian and German market. Creating standard and ad hoc reporting.
