Performed worldwide management, compliance and special topic audits in the Bayer group in the areas of Procurement, Production, Sales and Marketing, Distribution, Finance and Accounting, and Human Resources.

Organized and executed the transformation and integration of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) project environment into the line organization. Thereafter headed change management project and coordinated the local SAP implementation.
