Responsible for definition, drawing design and implementation of the process flow at production line, according analysis of the contracted volume and production time. Also responsible for PFMEA, production equipment definition (including all process steps: cutting area, pre assembly area and assembly area). Engineering representative in project meetings.

Responsible for developing the production process concept of the automotive industry (cars and SUV).Responsible for assembly line balance according the client volume, production time and safety inventory analysis. Design of assembly line focused in productivity and quality. Preparation of work instructions and training the operator at the operational method. Responsible for implementation of engineer change at production, PFMEA, risk analysis, and implementation of customer change requests.

Responsible for develop production process concept and for continuous improvement and design of assembly lines, PFMEA, definition and implementation of assembly line flow and layout. Responsible for tryout, implementation of new projects and engineer change. Manufacturing engineer representative in project meetings at the company and with the customers. Responsible for quotations and calculation of investments in production lines.

Responsible for planning and production control concept using the analysis of the machine capacity versus lead-time necessity. Responsible for report to the director all production control spreadsheets, term and amount of delivery. Management methods and processes. Preparation of work instructions and training the operator at the operational method. Preparation of component drawings and sailing cable assemblies in AutoCAD.
