Responsible for ~30 M€ sales revenue. Building, coaching and managing a sales team of up to 10 regional sales managers, internal sales managers and trainees across various locations.

Director of Product Management for Standard Sensors (Pressure, Flow, Level, Valves, Inertial). Leading a team of 7 product managers with ~35M€ sales and margin responsibility. The main objective was to integrate the team, portfolio and processes into TE Connectivity product management. (TE acquired First Sensor)
