RaCoS on REXUS 22
RaCoS (Rate Control System) was a student experiment of the REXUS/BEXUS programme. RaCoS was payload of the sounding rocket REXUS 22 which was launched in March 2017. RaCoS was a cold gas rate control system which reduced the angular rate in the roll axis of the payload. I was responsible for the overall mechanical structure and electronics including developing, manifacturing and integration as well as project management for the complete project.

HORACE on REXUS 16
HORACE (HORizon ACquisition Experiment) was a student experiment of the REXUS/BEXUS programme. HORACE was payload of the sounding rocket REXUS 16 which was launched in May 2014. HORACE was built to detect the earths horizon autonomously by using cameras in the visible spectrum. I was responsible for the manifacturing and integration as well as developing und building the power distribution unit of the experiment.
