- Ensures systematic relations with internal and external project sponsors, departments/ responsible specialists as well - Auditing the projects - Generating workflows for samples orders - Coordinates the team project - Involved in "make or buy" decisions regarding the development project, together with Purchasing department - Coordinates the Redesign to Cost projects

Supporting, instructing and familiarizing employees in working tasks relevant to ECM process - Initiating design changes in agreement with other responsible persons - Managing all ECN (Engineering Change Numbers) received in Hella Lugoj - Examining and evaluating suggestions for improvement, as well as complying with industrial safety and environmental protection measures pertaining to scope of duties

- Ensure that the process and the production team are organized to meet the production goals set by the business - Performs Analysis of Quality and Production indicators in order to ensure continuous improvement of performance - Recognizes and solves problems affecting production including schedules, staff, quality, and order of production line - Management of the daily business (absenteeism, customer orders changes etc) in order to achieve the short term targets

- Ensuring that strategic Business Excellence and Operations Excellence objectives are implemented and sustained - Developing lean manufacturing - Assisting the plant in meeting its cost reduction plans by scheduling, executing and following up saving projects (continuous improvement and 6sigma projects) - Carryout continuous improvement value adding projects with the aim of reducing costs increasing productivity, efficiency and eliminating waste

-Preparation of the production flow: planning of all the necessary tools, operational funds, packing and capacities in order to respect the delivery agreement with the customers (from quality, quantity, date, costs point of view); - Responsible of production corresponding 0 Series and prepare the first sample parts; - Coordinating the team member (Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and Production) on pre-series production - Prepare work instructions (Standard Operation Sheet);

Responsible for: Material/process flow; - Layout; - Time measurement/line balancing; - Lines capacities; - Existing projects and implementation/transfer of the new projects; - PST member; - Prepare work instructions (Standard Operation Sheet); - Implementation on ERD's.
