Part of the company's executive management team, I am leading a team of 36 professionals covering the full range of HR family (Business partnering, Expertise and Services). The position is responsible to drive the HR strategy and the integration of Enel Romania into Enel Group post-privatization, leading a major organizational culture transformation, one of the largest HR change management project in Romania.

Led the HR function and managed the processes in Romania & Bulgaria; partnered with Sales & Marketing, Production and Staff function mangers in developing the organization structure and the growth of the business. Directly responsible for the Sales & Marketing business unit HR development and managed the setup of the Romanian production plant together with the Plant HR manager. Managed both growth periods and downturns.
