As a Site Engineer at Mkhabela Construction, a leading civil engineering company, I oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, dams, and buildings. I ensure that the projects meet the quality, safety, and environmental standards, and that they are completed on time and within budget. I also liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, and provide technical guidance and support to the site team. I have a N.DIP in Civil Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, where I gained theoretical and practical knowledge of civil engineering principles, methods, and techniques. I am passionate about civil engineering and I enjoy applying my skills and knowledge to create innovative and sustainable solutions for the society's needs. My goal is to further enhance my skills and experience, and to contribute to the development and improvement of the civil engineering industry.
