• Preparing, setting up, troubleshoot and upgrade IT equipment’s • Application and software package deployment and installation • Client Installation, OS image deployment • User administration and management by AD and GPO • Troubleshooting end-user device (Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Scanner, Plotter, IP Phone, LAN, WAN and MDM). • Server administration, support & migration of windows server 2012 and 2016 • IT Helpdesk, 1-Line and 2-Line IT Support • Remote assistance by TeamViwer, Anydesk and webex

• Installing, troubleshooting and configuring user’s IT equipment & software -Laptop, workstations, Printers • User administration and management by Active Directory (AD) and GPO • Make ready all PC, Laptop and IT devices for employee • Setup video conferencing systems for remote meeting • SharePoints site administration/user permission/site migration • Maintain the Ticketing Systems and prepare the IT documentation

•Installation configuration and monitoring of server systems , Windows server 2012, 2016 and 2019, DHCP, RDS, ADS, DFS, WSUS, SCCM, VM, Hyper V, Web and Database servers •Installation and configuration of RAID on Dell , HP servers/storages & NAS boxes •Ensuring the creation and maintaining of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades • Negotiating and administer supplier contracts and service level agreements (SLA)

• Establishes and maintains network performance. • Builds net configurations and connections. • Troubleshoots network problems. • IP address auditing. • Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration and directing system installation. • Defines, documents, and enforces system standards.
