Responsible for Planning and Controlling, directly reporting to the board of Directors; main activities: three years plan, budget, monthly forecasts. Monthly and year- end Financial Statement,in collaboration with Administration department. Project Manager of the introduction new ERP in the company:software selection and complete management of the project (operation, logistic and finance). Processes analysis and reorganization of activities and roles inside the company; change management.

Planning & Controlling for the Commercial Business Unit and the related Service Division (Agency and Property) of the German branch of Pirelli Real Estate. Budget, Forecast and quarterly Actual (IAS) analysis. Preparation of reports and presentation material for the management. Involvement in remapping and reorganization of internal process as Invoicing, Financial Statement Closing, mainly supporting the Accounting Dept. in the preparation of quarterly and year end Financial Statement.

Implementation managerial software ERP SAP R/3 (module CO, FI, CS) Analysis of the processes, definition of requirements, functional analysis; drawing up guides customer and documents of plan. From the 01.06.2005 activity of training to the final customers for 2 months in 8 various centers in Italy. From the 01.08.2005 go-live plan, support on-site, coordination of beyond 30 customers in quality of supporter.
