Assistance managing director of German mother tongue Diary management, travels, preparing documentation for meetings. Coordination with internal departments and supervision of texts in english and german for reporting, recap of meetings, specific internal issues, simultaneous translation from to german to italian and vice versa.

Responsible for daily management contact / support to european and asian airlines. Incoming part numbers, troubleshooting, registrations. Contact with technician for customer's special requests. Coordination between engineering and airlines.

Responsible for organizing the European vote for Italians living in Hamburg's Area. Coordinations with with local authorities and the Department of Notaries to prepare the necessary documentation, convocations, check of local laws and procedure. Team of 4 specialists.
