For the appointed customer, serve as the main customer interface for all Operational issues as well as being customer’s point of escalation

SDM for the Mobile-TV and Mobile-Music Services to sunrise (CH) • SLA and KPI verifications and follow-up • Main contact point and responsible for customer satisfaction. • Invoicing handling and verification • Local Content Lifecycle Management for the M-TV

Line management responsibility, responsible to handover services and close all contracts when FLM Service was awarded to Nokia.

SDM for the First Line Field Maintenance Service to Orange (CH). Responsible for coordination of the FLFS services, from the workload distribution to the procedure verification and reporting. Mainly ensure the KPIs and SLAs are kept on a very high standard. Work force handling, from technical issues to on-call roaster organisation and validation of vacations.

Define the configuration of the GSM network: connection to other networks, intelligent networks configuration, STPs and mobile number portability, signalling. Trouble-shooting of new and existing services and connections

Definition of standards for the configuration of MSC/HLR in the Nokia mobile network. Intelligent Network configuration, updates and trouble-shooting. International Roaming testing and trouble-shooting coordinator.

Master in Telecommunication achieved while working in Omnitel (now Vodafone, second Italian mobile operator).

Specialisation in Optical Electronics, laser phisics.
