Since April 2014: responsible for a team of Testers in QVC UK and in QVC China. Some of my duties are: - extensive use HP Quality Center/ALM11 - business requirement coverage in written test cases - plan of test execution phase - defects quality monitoring - reporting - mentoring

Training planning, writing and editing of user manuals, teaching aids and preparation of Oracle Siebel 8.1 Training environment with suitable data. Coordination of an international group of testers (Italian, British and German) and Siebel testing activities together with my German counterpart, in accordance to the international project plan. • Defect quality assurance through defect triage and defect management process • Reporting on daily testing phases data, defects and re-test.

Creation and update of documentation both for customers with different levels of technical knowledge and internal use, organization of training sessions and delivery of training in English. I gathered information from developers, consultants and application specialists translated my notes in English and produced documents with register and content that were suitable for the target audience.
