Contributed to the development of IPMA's ICB4 competence framework through international workshops. Independent assessment and certification role; no candidate training or coaching.

Lehrbeauftragter für IT-Projektmanagement an der Hochschule München. Vermittlung praxisorientierter Methoden des Projekt- und Programmmanagements mit Beispielen aus Unternehmens- und Beratungspraxis. Fokus auf Projektsteuerung, Geschäftsprozesse, Stakeholder Management und Business-seitige Technologieumsetzung sowie den Transfer praktischer Transformations- und Projekterfahrung in die Hochschullehre.

Led the Project & Business Process Management consulting unit with up to 20 employees and full profit-center responsibility. Member of the Munich Location Board. Owned strategy, business development, client acquisition, service portfolio, staffing, delivery quality and team development. Built the BPM service portfolio and utilities-market offering while leading international transformation engagements for Vodafone, 1&1 and Telefónica O2.

Spent nine years at Telefónica O2 Germany across Sales Operations, partner/channel operations, service management, strategy and business transformation. Held formal team-lead responsibility and led a €10m+ Partner Relationship Management transformation covering requirements, vendor selection, governance, testing, rollout, communication, training and adoption. Built multi-project governance, service-level management and sales-channel/process improvements. O2 Recognition Award 2008.

Completed my diploma thesis on project planning for a new SAP R/3 industry solution with a marketing focus. Supported project management, prepared management presentations and decision papers, and contributed to planning and coordination activities in a consulting environment.

Supported the project manager during pre-production of the BMW 3 Series in South Africa. Prepared senior-management reports, tracked milestones and production status for a pre-runner series, supported product-quality and problem management, and created/controlled bills of materials (BOMs).
